Recently Thermogroup migrated to a new hosted server for emails. For security reasons your email password was reset on the 30/01/2017.


Please see below how to update your password in Outlook.


  1. You will receive an email from Microsoft to alert you that your password has been updated. Copy this new password.
  2. When promoted by Outlook, enter your new password into the 'Password' field. (see image below)
  3. Click OK

  4. This should now be updated.
