Recently Thermogroup experienced a temporary power out. This caused the settings to the TNT Printer to reset.


To be able to continue printing to this device please follow these steps to update the IP Gateway Address.


  1. Open Devices and Printers
  2. Open the 'TNT Printer'
  3. Open the Print Queue
  4. Open the 'Printer' tab
  5. Open 'Properties'
  6. Open the 'Ports' tab
  7. Go 'Add Port...' 
  8. Select 'Standard TCP/IP Port'
  9. Go 'New Port...'
  10. Go 'Next >'
  11. Enter 10.0.0.13 into 'Printer Name or IP Address:' 'Port Name' will be automatically filled
  12. Go 'Next >' 
  13. Go 'Finish'
  14. Go 'Close'
  15. Go 'Apply'
  16. Go 'OK'
